The App Store for the Apple iPad
Looking for apps for that brand spanking new iPad? According to Mobclix, there are a total of 3,122 iPad apps in the store. 80 percent of the iPad apps in the store require one to pay something, coming in at 2523 apps total, whereas only 599 of the apps in the App Store for the iPad are free, 20 percent of all apps.
Further, 942 of the 3,000 plus apps are games, 804 of these apps are paid apps, 138 are free. Mobclix says the average price of apps are $4.99; and to buy them all at this point you will only have to pay $12,572.78. To date, what is your favorite app?
