It’s that time of year. Today March Madness, when millions of basketball fans across the country try to predict the outcome of the heated 65-team NCAA tournament, begins. Even if your alma mater, such as mine, SMU, isn’t in the field of 65, the nation’s attention turns to college basketball. People everywhere, including the President, analyzes the field, trying to determine who will beat who and eventually end up as the National Champion.
